Job purpose:
To maximize Dockers® sell out and enhance brand equity by the consistent hands on execution of the Retail Presentation strategy at store level. Equipping retailers & franchisees with the tools and knowledge to create and maintain an exciting shopping experience.

Critical results & key responsibilities:
• Execute retail presentation strategy covering the defined doors, with specific focus on retail doors/Shop in Shop's and Key accounts
• Implement and explain VM guidelines for Dockers®, customized door by door.
• Enhance store staff knowledge on product knowledge, VM standards and in store presentation skills by giving appropriate training to the key doors.
• Create partner relationships supporting Account managers, Key Accounts, District managers and store staff.
• Support in negotiating best in store location and appointment of local Visual Merchandising responsible.
• Use expertise on VM to develop commercial success stories and use this to enhance business value & build brand equity.

Job requirements:
Required professional experiences
• 5 years experience in FMCG, fashion or lifestyle area, with VM experience.
• Strong understanding of best practice in "fashion/lifestyle" on Visual merchandising principles
• Strong affinity with Denim/Jeanswear and fashion. Personal/Professional interest in youth products, and lifestyle.
• Creative flair and technical skills to carry out local visual merchandising programs.

Minimum required educational background
• Clear and persuasive communication skills.
• MS Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English
