Product Line Manager Shoes

Your main responsibility will be to optimise sales, profit and achieving targets by producing a commercial collection. You will drive and lead Mexx category product creation, develop a strategic business plan, ensure proper brand positioning, communicate business initiatives and measure performances. Some other tasks will be to:

• Analyse trends and collection performances in different regions
• Analyse and report on financial figures and consumer behaviour
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and other Product teams to ensure alignment
• Ensure that the product offered meets the needs of the targeted consumers, channels and accounts
• Take ownership of the respective category (Women or Men)

Profile
You should have your Bachelor/University degree in business, economics or marketing management and you have a solid fashion retail background with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position. You are familiar with relevant distribution channels, profiles and key accounts on Mexx core markets. You also have a great understanding of strategic and tactical brand marketing principles and you are able to judge designs on taste level and commercial viability. As a person you would describe yourself as a teamplayer with great inter-personal skills, proactive and execution driven.
